    Have you checked with your ISP? With mine, I get 1GB of (ad free) web space to use. Some ISPs will give you some web space as part of your deal.

    Try www.ripway.com I have a paid account but started with a free account. You get 30MB of free webspace. I have never had any problems at all. You can pay with Paypal too.
