The “WIN a 32-inch Pioneer KRL-32V LCD TV ” promotion (“The Promotion”) is only open to UK residents aged 18 or over and excludes employees of the Promoter and its subsidiaries or agents and their families, or anyone professionally associated with this promotion.

1. The Promotion commences 10 November 2008 and the closing date for all entries is 23:59 hrs on 31 January 2009.
2. No purchase necessary to enter. Only one entry per person. Register your details on this website and enter the answer to the question, which can be found on page 22 of The Insurance Directory (“Competition Page”).
3. The Promotion can be entered online via the website at www.johnbrowngroup.co.uk/Yell or by post, write to Yell Insurance Directory Competition (Home), 136-142 Bramley Road, London W10 6SR.
4. The first valid entry drawn from all entries will receive a brand new 32-inch Pioneer KRL-32V LCD TV. The LCD TV shown on the Competition Page is for illustrative purposes only.
5. The prize draw will take place on 9th February 2009.
6. The Promoter will use its reasonable endeavours to notify the prize winner by telephone and/or by e-mail by 16th February 2009. The prize winner will be required to confirm within 14 days of notification that they wish to take the prize. In the event that a prize winner fails to confirm as instructed that they wish to take the prize or if at any point the Promoter discovers that their entry was invalid then the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify such person from the Promotion. The Promoter may also conduct a re-draw in the event that it discovers any error or problem with the original draw.
7. The prize of a 32-inch Pioneer KRL-32V LCD TV will be delivered to the winner’s address within approx 30 days of notification. The winner will bear no cost of the delivery of the prize. The winner should allow 30 days for delivery of the prize from the time the winner confirms that they wish to take the prize.
