i've never had one either! i always use my clubcard, but don't ever spend a lot (oh the joys of cooking for 1 person lol)- usually up to about £10ish.

yesterday i got till spits for £6 off a £40 spend and £7 off a £50 spend iirc, hadn't been in tesco or about a month so that was probably why0

I'm pretty sure they are used as an incentive to shop in store. I mainly shop on the internet, so when I go into the shop I tend to get loads of these. Sometimes they are for points and sometimes money off certain products.0

For the last 2 weeks, I've got a £4 off a £25 shop, and £4.50 off a £30 shop twice.
