Abbey microfiche statements.

Hi, i've recieved my statements from the Abbey, the microfiche statement has letters after the description, i.e. 16/02/04 icr 121.65.
There's loads of different ones i.e.
ATC
IDB
VP
BGC
CBD
CSH
ICR
DDB
VPR
NBN
What do these !!!!!!s mean?
I have also noticed in the microfiche statements that no "penalties" stand out, but I know i've been charged..........

  • Cheers NWSM, and thankyou Orford.

I went into my local Abbey branch the other day and the"Lad" there told me he'd never seen a microfiche statement before and he'd been there 2/3 yrs.
But he had a word with the manager and I was told to send my claim into my local branch and they will see that it will get seen to quicker, anyone else had this happen?
  • Just noticed, Natwest put the letters and meanings on the back of cash machine receipts doh!
