It is not 100% reliable.
My username is in a foreign language and rather "unusual" for English or even that language but it still got 5 positives. Two of the "positive" sites state that they have nobody with that username, one "positive" does not indicate either way, one "positive" is used by a 25 year old Swede (OK so he can't even spell in Swedish!) and the other is mine. It omits three other sites which I know have subscribers of that name.0 -
