Help! My Grill Won't Heat Up

Tonight my grill has decided to pack up on me :mad: It did this last week. I gave the element a waggle and it worked again,not tonight though.
It's not heating. Its a Belling Country Range. It has an exposed element.
Normally when you turn the dial it clicks as it turns. Its not making any sound at all and the element is cold!
Any help please
