I ordered a pram on Saturday from Kiddicare.
First I emailed them late Thursday night with a query, as there was a bit of confusion in the description and the price was too cheap for the pram pictured - i sort of didn't beleive it was true!!
They emailed back Friday morning stating the pram pictured would be supplied, so we ordered Saturday morning.
Yesterday we got a text and email stating delivery would be today.
This morning we got a text and email stating delivery would be this morning and at 9.15 the pram arrived - exactly as described!
I've actually read some bad comments about Kiddicare on the net so was a bit worried - but the service couldn't have been better.
Perfect :T

I've chose Silver Cross this time - so not expecting any faults!!
I made the mistake last time, of buying a less well known make - it was, to be blunt, a pile of poo!!
