Goldish/Barclaycard-missing vouchers

I ordered £45 worth of vouchers from the points about 10 days before the transfer to barclaycard and they have not arrived , I am still not able to register on the website .
The whole transfer is a shambles , I have not attempted a call yet as I thought that it would be easier to message them after registration.
Is anyone else still unable to register ?

    I just joined up to write about this too.

    I was with Goldfish and was transferred to Barclaycard Goldfish.

    I got my first Barclaycard statement today which showed 2640 points - the same as what I had on the Goldfish card when I moved over, so I thought I hadn't earned any points for the month of October despite spending £1000 on the new card.

    HOWEVER, I rang the phone number for Barclaycard rewards and on my points balance automated service it told me I had 4000 points, so it must be working but not showing on the statement. I was then able to order vouchers on the automated line.

    I was also unable to register on line for Barclaycard Rewards - it says my card number and date of birth aren't recognised????

    Maybe try the automated line for Barclaycard Rewards and check your points balance - hopefully you haven't had any points deducted for the vouchers you ordered whilst with Goldfish and you can do the same as me and do an automated order?

    I think my points were debited rom the goldfish account when I ordered the vouchers , problem is I cannot access the account at all online and shudder at the thought of trying to speak to an overseas call centre regarding vouchers not sent/received.
    Can you tell me what number you called and also a bit of a silly question , is the barclaycard login or statements diferent to the reward website ?
  • hi nwc - the number I rang to redeem my rewards was 0844 811 9111
    the https://www.barclaycard.co.uk site seems to just show a section called "barclaycard rewards" which I clicked on and that was the bit that asked me to enter my card number and date of birth - only to be told they aren't recognised, so was unable to access any info re: my goldfish points/barclaycard rewards on the website.

    I'm just hoping that as you only redeemed 10 days before the switchover, perhaps your points are still there so to speak, maybe it was too late for Goldfish to deal with your request and the points were transferred over to Barclaycard.

    I would ring the above number and go through the automated service where it tells you how many points you have (again, although my statement shows 2641 points at November 2008, the automated message told me I had just over 4000) I hastily redeemed them using the same service in case they disappeared!

    I rang the number and the points were deducted , also (more worryingly) the balance seemed higher than expected so we have been frantically trying to work that out -fortunately the statement is due any day now.
    The good news is that the vouchers arrived -some 3 weeks after the order was placed but just in time for my shopping trip thank goodness..
    Hopeully the online facility will get sorted and I can keep a check on the account as I used to.

    as you said, let's hope the online facilities are soon improved - that was what I liked about Goldfish, their online services were always very reliable and easy to use.

    Is it me or does anyone else find it impossible to use the Barclaycard rewards website? I have been trying on and off for three months now and it just freezes every time I try to redeem points. I am getting the impression I shall never be able to access my points.
