Broadband download monitor

Laptop with 4 users running XP home (sp2 at present). Want to find a download monitor that will keep track in downloads for month to ensure stay within ISP limit.
Tried the one they are using on The Gadget Shows download campaign but its say it want install coz I aint got Windows.net framework!
Anybody know one, especially that will track the 1 computer across the 4 users.

Why not just get .NET from microsoft, it's a free download there seems to be more stuff needing it?0

some isps have an on-line meter for this purpose, check your user control panel on the isp's websiteclick here to achieve nothing!0
