Drat just used this code on e one item, one of the very reduced in price pc's. but it comes up with that it is not eleigable for this unit!!! :xmassign:

Sorry about that, apparently it can't be used with other offers, and its only available on selected items. This is what it says:

Why would you want to buy Dell? It should be obvious by now that they are con merchants who can't be trusted to install the components they say they will and when they are told about this they just strike the customer the support lists and don't correspond any further.

The faster they go bankrupt the better!

Sorry dont know about the above, all I know is I've had mine for a couple of months and very happy with it. The only thing I didn't like was the recovery disc and the way they partition. So I did a clean install and partioned my 250gb drive, to 5 drives the way I like it.
And as to the components, it had everything in it that should have been there and that I ordered.

Personally speaking I have installed a number of dell network servers for previous employers and various pc's to be used on the network and I use a dell pc and laptop at home and for work and I have never had any trouble with Dell from placing the order right through to customer service and I'm sure that many other people will back this up!! :xmassmile
