Rogue dialers any refunds?

A few years ago rogue dialers seemed fairly common and a few folk got burnt.

I was one of them to the tune of nearly £3,000 in one weekend. I had no option than to pay as i was threatened with court - actually proceedings started. So I paid.

I know at the time there was a campaign to get everyones money back my question is - did anyone get a refund from anywhere at the time? was there any compensation schemes?
