I cheated, bought all my nice organic veggies as I saw them reduced over the last couple of months, par-boiled them at the time & froze them so they are now out defrosting & will all be roasted tomorrow leaving the hob completely free so no need to clean it afterwards so we can get to open our pressies a bit sooner:snow_laug Having roast spuds & a big mix of roast baby courgettes, butternut squash, onions, parsnips & asparagus. Forgot the carrots but hopefully no one will notice with the squash in there:rolleyes:
Having Beef wellington which I made & in popped the fridge yesterday so no stuffing (and more to the point with my family, no stuffing-induced after-effects:p) Cooked the sausages in bacon yesterday too.
