Have I won a link??

I've won what I believed to be a phone. Silly me didn't check sellers feedback before bidding and it would appear all they've sold previously is links to get cheap phones ??? The only thing on the listing that is a bit suss is that it says 'you will be sent the info after payment'. I'm really worried, I've e-mailed the seller asking for confirmation that it is a phone I'm purchasing but haven't had a reply ??? I haven't paid for it yet and won't unless I get that confirmation, but I'm concerned about the negative feedback I'm likely to get :'(

Savermum, don't be in a rush to pay, wait and see what the seller says first. However, if he already has feedback suggetsing he is only selling links then I'm afraid you may have been scammed.
Better though to take a negative rather than lose the money in a scam.

If the seller is being extremely vague in the listing and it isn't clear that you are buying a link, I would think you should be able to report him to Ebay for mis-selling.0

if you post a link to the winning auction we can have a look.

even if he gives neg feedback u can do a follow up explaining you were conned and they can check the item themselves.anybody who a e-bay reguler will completly understand and woudnt hold it against you,he probably wouldnt neg anyway as its not in his interest to get neged himself.0

The ebay link doesn't say it's a link but an actual phone. Although if you read their feedback (ok, you can't but i did), there's a positive feedback from a similar auction saying that they never received the good although they left positive.
Think the other positives were from low feedback bidders paying £200 for a link0 -
You have PM SaverMum and YES it is a scam no question about it >:(The main thing is to keep the main thing the main thing:)0
