Fire and surround

I ordered a fire and surround beginning of Oct, i was told 1 week delivery, anyway the supplier got on to me 2 weeks ago demanding more money as he had messed up pricing, anyway got help from trading standards on this, and he has agreed he will have to keep the deal, but he said everything was there when i first went in to collect it and he wanted more money, now for the last 2 weeks he says he is waiting for surround,I am sick of this company but i cant find surround anywhere he says he is losing money on it and i think he wants me to cancel, is there anything I can do?
