Is it worth ringing before I switch
Hi all
Just had my quarterly bill through and checked the costings. I'm with Southern Electric and basically it was a good deal but now it doesn't seem competitive. Is it worth ringing them before I go through the switching process to see if they'll drop their prices? Has anyone tried it with much success?
Thanks

No company will drop their prices.
Apart from everyone else demanding the same treatment, they would have to set up a computer program just to work out your bills on your tariff.0
