Problems with internet order

I would be grateful if anyone can help me??
I ordered some items off the internet from a company called Corvus Designer Homeware. Now I have ordered off the interent millions of times before with no problems but now one has arrisen im not sure what, if anything i can do.
The items I have ordered ( about 7 weeks ago ) have not turned up. According to the confirmation email i received you can track your order, which advises mine has been dispatched. I have tried ringing them and only get an answer machine message, no matter what time i call....advising me to call back at a time they are open, between 9 - 5, Monday to Friday, which I am doing.
There is an address and I have sent a letter but what else can i do now.
BTW I paid by debit card and not credit card.

We have had exactly the same problem with this website!
Have phoned and emailed with no response.
Have used there tracking facility which means nothing it seems.
Have not written a letter at this stage don"t really know what to do other than report them to trading standards or watchdog!
We need help!?

Cancel the orders under DSR, request a refund, if this does not happen contact your bank for a Chargeback. ( assuming VISA debit card).
.Just realised this thread is over 2 years old! Advice still the same.Don`t steal - the Government doesn`t like the competition0 -
I have have had same problem but with different company. I would advise you to contact your local Trading Standards Department. The Distance Selling Regulations apply, there is a procedure to follow, they will inform you what to do and what your rights are. Hope this helps.0

if it is a visa debit card contact your issuer without delay. They can initiate the chargeback procedure to get you refunded.0
