    I hope it works for you this time. I gave up for 7 years and began again, my oh my I wish I had not!

    Thanks W, I need to lose some weight put on due to being ill, as I know I will eat like mad when I give up. Maybe in the new year I will give it a go and go to the board you suggest, it is such a waste of money, smelly and bad for you!

    Hi feelinglighter,

    Re the guarantor, I don't think you have to put them down, as they don't have an interest in the property, just in you paying the rent!! But as Waspeze says, it wouldn't hurt to put it - if the OR doesn't need the info he'll just ignore it. Hope all goes well! CBx;)
