Best websites for late availability bargains?

Hi,
Can anyone reccomend good places on the web for discounted late availability holidays or flights. Will be looking to go somewhere long haul/luxury at the end of Dec/early Jan - not got a fixed destination in mind (maybe the far east), but think that with all the bad news in the economy there may be good deals to be had.

I've looked at Kuoni offers etc but need to find the best site listing offers from multiple companies, don't mind leaving it very late and will be flexible on dates.

Thanks all!

Mike

It is a popular time to go on holiday, I would book something now that you think is good value for money.
