Citroen AX possible wiring problem

Hello, I recently took the dash off so i could change the heater matrixs. Got it all done and part put it back together and started her up ...
She was running fine, but there was a air block in the pipes so no hot water was gettin to the heater, i did want to remove the cap where u bleed out the air. But the guy helping me said turn her off and he poured water down the pipe straight into the heater matrixs.... THE CAR WOULD NOT START NOW, i dont think its because were he poured the water ... but next to the pipe was a plug with with nines wires coming in (3green 3white 2yellow and 1brown i think) and then spliting out to all the sensors on the carb, after spilling water on it we noticed the plug had a large split. no petrol is goin into the carb, and no power is goin to the petrol pump not sure if it is cause we poured water on the plug (tryied drying it with a pink hairdryer lol) or weve damaged a cable under the dash, any ideas would be most welcome please its a n reg citroen ax 1.1 injection

hmm tricky i thing you need to start test various lengths of wire, pouring water on them and the cracking cant be very good for it

Have you checked the fuses and unplugged everything and re plugged it back together
