Turns out what he needs are, um, screw bits. Is that what they're called? He goes through the Phillips ones a lot building (and rebuilding after storms) our garden fence.:beer:0

Like drill bits cheap screwdriver bits wear quickly.
These should last much longer than an economy set, they include several of the philips number 2 size which is the most common bit needed :
