I won a Paypal case now seller is claiming I am a NPB

I filed a chargeback against a seller as I hadn't recieved a dress i bought and she ignored my emails.
Needless to say I won.
Today she has lodged a NPB alert - the cheeky cow.
What do I do?
Third time lucky on WW I hope :j

My first thought it to contest it! reply in the dispute box that you've done the old chargeback thing, and ask paypal/ ebay to check their records and they'll see you have paid and the seller is being unreasonable.
It's BOUGHT (to Buy), not BROUGHT (to bring) AND you cannot be frauded, only DEfrauded.

Please do not buy animals from a pet store. Visit your local sanctuary or centre and give a good home to an unloved or abandoned animal.

yeah, dont worry she hasnt a leg to stand on. maybe shes trying to get her fees back?
anyway just say no tracking info & i won chargeback on paypal so this shouldnt be filed.Did she reply to paypal dispute?
i have emailed buyers & they have not got my emails(and this is genuine as they had no reason to lie as they were getting mad as i wasnt replying but i was).Only way we could communicate in end was by dispute. Also maybe she is a dodgy seller(usually see by her feedback but i know theres always a first time to start being dodgy.) But also maybe she did send it but only with a certificate of posting (as good as toilet paper to paypal!)or maybe she is new & didnt get any proof .maybe it got pinched by a dodgy postman, neighbour, passer by if left on doorstep or who knows.im saying this as ive been seller for years & have come accross a lot of these especially his year , seems worst ever but i have learnt by my mistakes & get everything sent by recorded delivery.
Im not on sellers side at all , especially if she has not given any details on dispute or replied on dispute..just writing a possibility as i have been in her shoes & am very honest.
  • It happened to me a while ago, but in my case the seller filed an NPB claim before I got a refund, accusing me of receiving the item, fruadulently claiming it had been stolen in the post (I could tell it was stolen because there was a neat slit in the empty envelope I got) then stopping payment (by which I assume they meant their Paypal account had been frozen while the chargeback was pending).
For some reason, I got an NPB strike, so then I had to appeal to get it removed (which it was).
