Last time that happened to me, my order 'joined' someone elses, and I got an email telling me that I had ordered schools socks and jumpers as well - so check your email

On a debenhams 'in store sale' rant - I found a skirt reduced to £5 on the label, it scanned at 25, and the assistant refused to sell it to me and said it was going back to the warehouse as it was obviously mislabelled and could be sold in another store for the full price- how annoying is that! The website may be slow, but at least it isn't rude!

Do you have GreasyPalmUpdate installed or similar? It might be an old version that is causing your annoyance.
Look under Settings > Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs.
See if Rebate Catcher is listed.
If it is, Select Remove.
Goto GreasyPalms and install the latest Rebate Catcher.

I had this problem and doing the above resoved it.

i saw some great bargains on the site yesteryday, a seiko watch for half price £140 off

perfume/aftershave box sets for half price at £15

simpsons board games (monopoly/operation/game of life) half price at £12.50

bikinis which where £16 for £3

saw a professional knife set for £50, £50 off

i got myself 3 board games for £37.50 and a 2 simpson mugs for £8 and darth vadar mug for £2.50

I wouldn't get too excited. I have just recieved an email from Debenhams telling me more than half of the stuff I ordered on Christmas Eve is out of stock. :mad:
Yet some of it is still online. Not very pleased - at all

hmm, well the stuff i ordered was in stock, i tried to order other stuff and it was out of stock, so i should be ok.

That's my gripe - everything I ordered said in stock!!
Some of it is still online stating in stock.

I had a stock problem to.I went to one store and found the jacket I wnated was not there they had run out my size.So I asked can you check to see if another store has the item?NO they cant as its a sale stock item.They advised me to try the shop again or the website on boxing day as they would be updating their stock.Tried the website that day and most the day it remained offline then when it came back on the item was still out of stock.I eventually tracked the item donw in another branch by ringing around and having the item put by for me.Why couldnt the first store have done this in the first place? :wall:

I ordered boots Ive been after for ages early on 24/12. Got an email today to say they are not in stock. Hmmmppphphhhhh
