Does anyone know if the LLoyds TSB advance card allows you to Balance transfer an overdraft for the low rate of balance transfer?

Not directly George. You'd have to route the overdraft through an "SBT" card.george wrote:Does anyone know if the LLoyds TSB advance card allows you to Balance transfer an overdraft for the low rate of balance transfer?
You can read about Super Balance Transfers by clicking the "Super BTs" link in the blue box above your first post in this thread.0 -
Be careful with using egg for balance transfers to bank accounts (as suggested in the "SBT" article). If there is any sort of promotion or introductory period for balance transfers they now charge 2% of the amount of any balance transfer. I just made a transfer via my egg card and got charged 2% because there was a promotion in existence which I'd completely forgotten about. I got the charge reimbursed because I pointed out that my egg card had been in credit before making the transfer in an amount equal to the transfer I was making, so I wasn't benefitting from the promotion at all, but I only got reimbursed after making two complaints.0

Yes, it is better to use Egg Money card as suggested in REVENGE! Make Free Cash from Credit Cards article ...rbulph wrote:Be careful with using egg for balance transfers to bank accounts (as suggested in the "SBT" article).0
