Bank charges and credit crunch

how will the credit crunch affect the out come of the bank charges case if the courts decide that bank charges are unfair? how will this affect banking and would the win for customers see new charges or interest rates drop on accounts and higher interest rates on loans and mortgages?:eek:

The likelyhood of that final final final judgement could be quarter 3 of 2009 or later when the credit crunch will have hit, got worse and started to get better. It will have no affect whatsoever.
