Harvey's Furniture Complaint - I need help please!

Can anyone out there help me? Last November we had a 3 seater & 2 seater settee delivered from Harvey's - in June I had to call the out becuse on the 3 seater one of the springs had come away from the frame - they fixed this under guarantee - now another spring has come off on the same settee - I called them this morning only to find that my guarantee ran out on Friday & they will only now come out if I agree to pay - I called the store this morning but the manager is not in till tomorrow but the assistant manager is meant to be calling me back this afternoon.
Do I have any rights with this? I wouldn't mind so much if we were sat at home all day but we both leave for work at 7.30am & probably don't sit back on the thing till 7pm so it probably gets 3 hours use per day.
The 2 seater seems fine apart from it has started making a strange noise.
Any help or advice would be much appreciated - this is the first time I am having to do anything like this!

The guarantee will be in addition to your statutory rights under Sale of Goods Act 1979. The item must be of satisfactory quality which includes a requirement for it to be reasonably durable.
Given that the guarantee must have only just expired, I think you are well within your rights to insist upon a repair.0
