The presale don't always offer the best tickets. I have had a look and the ones on offer are right at the back of the venue.
Sometimes it is worth waiting until the general tickets go on sale and using a smaller ticket agency. I did this recently with Pink tickets and it paid off.
Thanks - just discovered the hard way that you are right! Any advice about which smaller agencies to try? There are so many that I don't know where to start, plus you hear so many horror stories about them that I'd prefer a recommendation!0 -

Can I ask how you know it's at the back of the arena? I actually wanted lower tier, so my daughter would be able to see easier if people stood up. However, I assumed row F would be 6 rows from the front of the lower tier. I am gutted now as I feel I have got awful seats and I wanted it to be special for my DD's first concert.
Hope you can help X0 -

seating plan :
Block 105 is bottom right corner, so I imagine you are 6 rows from the front of this block.0 -
Thanks managed to get 5th row seats at SECC. Looks like it will be nearly sold out before tickets go on general release. Only hope for everybody else will be additonal dates.0

See tickets were offering much better tickets than tickmaster for the NIA in Brum when I just looked. £5 each over ticket price.0
