This little pillow filled with wheat,

Is such a comfort that can’t be beat.


Microwave for 1 to 2 minutes
on HIGH and kiss those aches
and pains goodbye.


Apply it to the troubled spot,


The heat will ease the pain a lot.


Or warm those little toes, so cold.


You'll find this nice to
have and to hold.


Or freeze it for a little while,


And fix that boo-boo up in style.


Instead of a compress made of ice,


Use this pillow of wheat that feels so nice!

Throw it at someone

Roll it around the bottom of your feet
Lack of communication in your life:
Tell it your inner most secrets
Short of a good friend:

Need some unconditional love:
Throw it at a wall, it will always come back to you
Want to be less selfish:
Lend it to someone when you are not using it
Want to be more aware of others, want to become more thoughtful:
Look after your ball, try to understand how it feels to be kicked about,
stood on and given away and abused
Want to be less judgemental:
Be happy with this gift, it’s the thought that counts not the cost

Pickled Bums - I haven't used this but it could be adapted to suit the receipient

Here's some pickled butts
As a Reminder to you
To get off your bum
And do a thing or two !
The grass needs mowing
Dogs waiting to be fed
And where are you to be found ?
Still asleep in bed !!
I don't like to nag you
Cos you know I'm really sweet
But you'll be in a pickle soon
If you don't get off your seat !!

The Snowman Soup!

Pour the chocolate in a mug,
Add the snowballs too
And throw in the kisses
From the snowman to you.

Now add some hot milk
And use the cane to stir it
Sip slowly and soon you'll
Feel the warm winter spirit.

Hi all,

When i was searching for the reindeer food ditty a while ago, i found a free printable that can be folded over the bag and stapled but i can't find it now, does anyone have any ideas where i might find it please? Have tried google but the labels are waaaaay to big
