its hard to get the balance right between worrying lots and enjoying what you have. Sorry about your friend tho, that is so sad, with the girls and his wife. horrible actually.

sneak more veg in somehow? could you go for romantic (power!) walks

That is one of the reasons I have to loose a bit of weight and took up running. I have a family history of HA's GDad 58, Dad 52 so its up to me to do something about it.

I completely missed that. Sorry to hear that terrible news, that's awful.

I'm in agreement on the lovely Stephen Fry.. he is clever, funny and just a bit naughty (and he was rather good looking when he was younger) Alan Davies too, to a lesser extent, although he kinda reminds me of a big puppy.

Gosh Lou, that is a shock, so sad for his family.
