WFTC No Payment!

Hi
I am so angry with the Working Families Tax Credit people. I get my WFTC every week into my bank account and this week there was no WFTC at all. I called them up and they nicely told me i was not entitled to anymore this year as it had all been used up - i was in shock it is £50 a week! my little girl and i really need this.
I work 16 hours a week and if i add everything up i am better off not working if i do not receive this benefit. I cant not work as i just cannot resign from my job i do not think that JSA would be helpful if i say i left work as i cant afford to stay.
I told WFTC all of this they kept me on the phone for almost an hour! on my bill! to tell me that it was a computer glitch! I asked when can they sort this out and they told me that they do not know the timescale!!!
This is just awful i cant afford to be down by £50 a week, and i don't know how the hell to speed them up.
can anyone out there help me please?

Try your MP - they have a special hot line number that they can call.
You could also go down to your HMRC office,as they may be able to issue a manual payment - but ring first so that you don't have a waisted journey.0
