Exercise/dance classes in Belfast?

Madisons hotel and Lansdowne hotel were both doing salsa classes. Not sure if they are still doin them? but worth a try anyhow:D

la fitness in the city centre has a lot of body pump classes and a very good "boxing circuits" class- its quite expensive though.

There are Salsa classes in the kings head on a monday night. Last time I was there it was pretty crowded, but was good craic and certainly was a workout! It £5 per session.

On the Ormeau Road just off the bottom of Rugby Avenue (opposite the Hatfield bar). It's a pain to get parked although they have a small car park for customers.
