  • Madisons hotel and Lansdowne hotel were both doing salsa classes. Not sure if they are still doin them? but worth a try anyhow:D

  • la fitness in the city centre has a lot of body pump classes and a very good "boxing circuits" class- its quite expensive though.

  • I can really recommend Neil's pilates classes. I've been attending his classes for 3 years and he's a great teacher.

  • There are Salsa classes in the kings head on a monday night. Last time I was there it was pretty crowded, but was good craic and certainly was a workout! It £5 per session.

    · Thursday class starting on Thursday 15th October 2009 at 6:15pm in Morton Community Centre, Lorne Street. £4.00 for one hour class.

    · Saturday class starting at 11am on Saturday 17th October 2009 in St Bride’s Parish Hall, Derryvolgie Avenue. £4.50 for one hour class.
    • Classes run each week thereafter at above times and venues. All ages and fitness levels very welcome - beginners and advanced. Tel. Bronagh on 077477 48121 for further details.

    On the Ormeau Road just off the bottom of Rugby Avenue (opposite the Hatfield bar). It's a pain to get parked although they have a small car park for customers.
