Help with household repairs

Hi I live close to Winchester in Hampshire and wondered if anyone here knows of any organisation that help out disabled people with household and garden repairs. Inexpensive help would be great free help would be amazing.
My garden gate has just snapped off it's hinges, it's been hanging on for several weeks now, and has damaged some fencing as well. I also have two large garage doors in need of some repairs before they too go the way of the garden gate.
If anyone can direct me to any organisations that will help out that would be brilliant. Obviously I would pay for materials, it's really the labour I need help with.
Thanks
LL

https://www.stayingput.org.uk/cust_index.html is run by the Anchor Trust. They have a handyman scheme which would be useful.
You don't say how old you are, but AgeConcern also has a similar scheme.0 -
When my mum needed some aids installing like grab handles the occupational therapist working for the local council organised a handy man through a not for profit company called St Vincent's Housing. Not sure if it's local or national but your local council may have something similar...0

Hants Council has a Care and Repair service I believe. Ask at your council office:

Hello - We have a handy man scheme in Peteborough too. Basically you supply the parts and the council sends a godsend to do small repairs etc for you.0
