Not everyone has a physical obvious disability. You can get blue badges for heart/lung/eye problems.
It is notoriously difficult to get either DLA or a Blue Badge on the basis of a heart problem. In any event the conditions are quite specific and the number of cases small. I have personal experience of assessment on the basis on respiratory disease as partial grounds for my claim and it took almost two years to resolve. The blind will qualify as of right. The test is quite specific, 'you' must demonstrate a 'permanent and substantial difficulty walking'.0 -
Doing the tango provides a demonstrable lack of permanence. Would you care to provide some examples ?
Heather Mills McCartney appeared on Dancing with the Stars in the US (no idea if she did a tango) and apparently is a blue badge holder...Please stay safe in the sun and learn the A-E of melanoma: A = asymmetry, B = irregular borders, C= different colours, D= diameter, larger than 6mm, E = evolving, is your mole changing? Most moles are not cancerous, any doubts, please check next time you visit your GP.
