I booked a holiday with a well known travel agent for 10 nights to a hotel on the disney complex in florida for december 08 and paid for it in full. Last Friday I found out the agent only booked the hotel for 1 night, the flight is for return 10 night after I arrive with my husband and 5 yr old daughter. They have so far listened to my conversation with the person who took my booking and they have admitted they made a mistake, but are making me wait till Monday to advise if I have to pay more money for the 9 nights at the hotel (agent make mistake only booked us in for 1 night). does anyone know if they are aloud to charge us more money?
