Advice about a court order

Hi,

This is a very long story but I will try and make it brief. I have a court order in place for child maintanance which has been running since 2001. My ex has had me in and out of court since then trying to discharge the order or get the payments reduced and this has been refused as he is more than able to make the payments, he has even gone to the extent of getting his mp involved in the case! Anyway, last year he took me to court again and managed to get the payments reduced to half the amount, this was managed because he lied in court and did not provide evidence that was requested from him with regard to loans etc he had taken out. I am now in debt trying to support the children (I work) and have taken him back to court. My ex will have "doctored" his payslips by reducing his overtime whilst the court hearing took place (he did this when we originally separated) and now will be working his normal hours plus overtime. We were in court on Tuesday and the judge has asked us both to complete a form e and has insisted that all the documentation that my ex previously did not submitt, be submitted this time. My ex was absolutely furious in court and was shouting and being very rude to me, I know that this is because it will be proven in court that he has lied about his earnings etc, I suspect the judge realised this as well! Given his history for not submitting information in the past, my query is, if he does not provide 12 months wage slips (as requested on the form e) and details of his loans (requested by the judge) am I able to apply to the courts for another hearing to address this before the final hearing which is in March? The form e has to be filed and sworn in at the courts by 21/03/08. My fear is that once again he will not provide wage slips which will prove he has been telling lies and that I will have no evidence. Could anyone help me please?

Many thanks
