Easyjet

I booked a flight yesterday, then had to change it today.

I didn't receive an email from Easyjet for either.

Have they stopped doing that?

Also, I'm in France, and they charged 30 euros for the change, which is about £25. Have they increased the cost of a change?

Tks

I also booked an Easyjet flight yesterday (I'm in the UK but do not see why it should make a difference) I got email confirmation almost immediately.

I've been flying with Easyjet for 10 years, and it's the first time I've never had a confirmation email.

Just thought they had stopped doing them then.

What do they charge in £s if you make a change in booking now?

    Tks

Same here, almost immediate e mails for 3 flights that I booked recently.

Try logging in to Easyjet using the email address that you used to book the flights.

    I've just thought.

I booked them on easyjet.fr for the first time as they dont charge for an electron card.

    Could that be the reason?

Surely that is just a French Translation of the Easyjet Web Site ??

perhaps the french version is on strike?

have you logged in as a user, you can then just print off the details.
Remember the time he ate my goldfish? And you lied and said I never had goldfish. Then why did I have the bowl Bart? Why did I have the bowl?
  • Last EJ flight I booked (3 weeks ago?) took a day to confirm by email. Had the on screen confirmation number.

Have you tried logging on to Easyjet as suggested?

They appeared in my easyjet right away.

I just don't understand why I haven't received emails as normal.
