  • If by any chance you opened join a/c - then the 2nd owner needs to register and accept t&c of the online service before your variable WebSaver account is fully activated - without this you won't be able to apply for any other a/c (even in your sole name).

Tried to open one and this showed up:
    • You do not meet our age requirements
    • You already hold the maximum number of variable or fixed rate Web Saver accounts we allow
    • You do not currently hold a variable Web Saver account (This is a requirement, as on maturity one of the options is to roll over funds into your variable rate WebSaver)
    • You have insufficient funds in your account to fund the new Fixed Web Saver (Min £500)
none applies to me though, anyone had this before?

I'm having the same problem opening a fixed rate web saver.
I have 1 variable web saver account which currently has £25,000 in it and I am the right age. Why won't it let me proceed?
