Just been catching up with last weeks thread and sat nodding at Flower's posts, that is the exact description of how I feel a lot of the time. There seems so much to do so why on earth don't I just get up and do it! Almost tempted to do 5 min chunks never mind 13 or 30 mins
I seriously need to get organised for Christmas, hardly got anything for W and not a lot for Miss A and that is before I start on the rest of the family. There are so many things on my mind that I am constantly frgetting things hence the saucepan is overflowing BIG time.
Just heard the TD stop so I am going to empty that, make a sandwich and pair soe socks whilst eating.

Afternoon all, and thanks for the welcomes :hello:
Too windy and rainy for outside stuff so I've had no excuses not to get on with the kitchen. Quite pleased with results so far.

Pink - sorry to hear about the job, but sounds very promising for the next opportunity, I bet it will be one you'd prefer anyway.
Time for lunch/coffee/something.....have a good afternoon xx0 -
I've wrapped all the Christmas stuff now. Loads of little bits to go in baskets for my three, mostly toiletries but a few other bits. I got wicker wastepaper baskets from Asda for a pound each so they can be used after. Not put them in the baskets yet though because I need to keep it in a box to go in the loft for a couple of weeks yet. I managed to do half of it standing up and half sitting down just to ease my back a bit. So glad that's done! All I need now is some cash for two people and that's it. I've been buying a few bits of foodstuff gradually (pickles and puddings etc) and I've made my cake.
I am so skint now!
Oh, and I emptied all the indoor bins and put stuff in the recycling crate/bin.
Still raining.
Welcome to the newbies btw
