Balance Transfers for a newbie

Hi,

I have an overdraft on my old student account that has recently changed to a graduate account and is charging me a fortune in interest. I am currently paying off small amounts each month to try and reduce it and have calculated that with that current rate of pay off, I could pay it off within about 13 months. Can I transfer the debit from my overdraft to a 0% interest credit card? If so, how do I do this?

Yes you can. The easiest way is to get a card which allows you to send money to your current account, sometimes referred to as a 'super balance transfer'.
