I have a debt in dispute with Capital One bank. They have been phoning my own number several times a day, this I can handle but they are also phoning my Fathers number several times a day. I have not lived at this address for 3 years and informed Capital One of my change of address and telephone number as soon as I moved. I have also previously told them not to phone that number because I do not live there and the woman on the phone said they would remove my Fathers number off my account. How do I stop them harassing my Father when they know full well I do not live there?

regarding your father, you could always tell them all calls to that number are now being recorded with the intentions of proceeding with a conviction for harrasment
Worked for me with my credit card phoning my parents at 8am every morningNo Longer works for MBNA as of August 2010 - redundancy money will be nice though.
