Velour tracksuits for 70 year old lady, whos virtually housebound

I want to get my mum some Velour tracksuits, she 70 year old lady & virtually self imposed housebound (don't want hoods:rotfl: ).

What about them shops for the more mature lady QS & peacocks & all those shops?

Any of them do something like that?

Want them in velour as she doesn't iron:o

She spends a lot of her days in nightwear & I thought they would be a smarter but just as comfortable alternative.

Thank you

We always got Mamma's from Marks and Spencer. Lots of different styles, most of the tops are hoodies but this one might be suitable, depending on how she is with zips? If you do a search on velour it will show the different items they do.

Could I ask what size she is? x
    Gone ... or have I?

Thats great:beer: JUST what I had in mind:A

I knew marks did them, but I didn't know they did them without hoods in the classic collection.

Size wise, shes quite slim arms & legs, but a bit pot bellied, so the elasticated waist will be great:D

She VERY short (we all shrink as we get older:o ) will probably have to take up the short leg;)

One more question, anyone else do them, because marks only do one colour:rolleyes:
And sis & I want to get her some for her birthday in December & xmas, but EXACTLY like those.

What about those ambrose wilson leaflets they put in the papers, I will google them.

    What about Bon Marche? http://www.bonmarche.co.uk/
  • Primark have them, in 3 different colours, bottoms £4 tops £6 but think tops have hoods though.

My mum got a nice set from Sainsburys but again had hood.

My M&S ones are in light purple, chocolate & navy/indigo.

Have a look at different styles.

I've looked online and the classic lady ones (these are without the hood & a narrower leg) are only in black.

    Have you tried Damart?

    *edit*

  • I have to say that Asda had the best velour tracksuits for my mother in law.

She was in a nursing home so practically immobile and these were perfect.

We got deep brown and grey although they did have pink as well.

    Quite reasonably priced.
