Christmas Break, help!

Hi All.

I am looking to book a short break over christmas-including christmas day dinner etc, maybe 2-3 nights, staying in the uk.

I went to butlins last year, but food was horrible so dont want to go there again. Does anybody have any other suggestions?

I have been on internet ages and cant find anything suitable.

I have a budget of about £450 for 2 people.

Thanks

The Lake district, a nice hotel, beautiful view, walks and food.

I agree about the Lake District, gorgeous. Or what about Scotland?

Looks great, but the £530 is per person not for 2 (as I read it)
