I am stooding with my Virgin Card to offset my mortgage, nice little pot growing.
We currently have a Natwest credit card that my OH uses for petrol and odd things during the month, which we pay off every month. He also uses it to pay back his percentage (private hire), so sometimes a large amount.
Question: Can I pay off the Natwest card with the Virgin Card and move the money over to my stooze pot?
I am new to this so sorry if I am being dim!!

Unless you're in the very early months of the Virgin introductory period it's unlikely to be profitable.0 -
I think you have misunderstood, I pay off my Natwest statement with my virgin card as if I was making a purchase, as I have 0% on purchases for 9 months, and then move the cash I would have used to pay the Natwest card into an account where I keep my accruing balance for the Virgin card, which offsets my mortgage.
Sorry if I did not explain more clearly.0 -
Card companies do not accept other cards as a form of payment.0

I understood perfectly. It's just that you don't understand my reply.
You can't pay credit with credit. The only way to pay the NatWest card with your Virgin card is to ask Virgin to balance transfer your NatWest debt to them.

Asda card allows you to pay their card with a mastercard and mastercard don't do debit cards. so therefore your paying your asda cc with any mastercard cc.0

Yep i know but it says mastercard. also listed is Maestro in the same drop down box.0 -
You used to be able to buy premium bonds with a credit card, then cash them in when after a month or so liberating the cash (plus the very small chance of winning something). Alas, you can't do this now, they only take payment from debit cards.0
