Thanks missbargain, i'm sure someone somewhere will give me a squirt of cream until Friday
I'll need to have a good rummage in the drawers later on, maybe i've got a wee sample hidden somewhere and am unaware.. Sometimes when i buy Clinique they have their promotional thing on which includes lots of lotions and potions.. hhmm i wonder..
Well we had the casserole and it was very tasty and extremely filling. I'm now sitting having a cuppa and a wee jaffa cake (half price in tesco at the mo :j )
Trying to find the energy to start my ebay listings, i find it really tedious, but of course well worth it if the items sell..
Now what shall i make for dinner tomorrow?
Oh btw, we have some leftovers from the casserole so i've spooned it into a bowl and that will do my lunch tomorrow :j
I might make some homemade soup from those bargain packs from Morrisons, i think they have a few onions, turnip, carrot etc,,,ideal!! and cheap!
I feel a bit more positive, just can't wait until friday...

Moggylover,
really! I'm sure ive got baby oil somewhere, though i need to be very careful, i've honestly got the most sensitive skin in the world. Also, i can't even afford a cheap bottle of anything this week, it will need to be a sample or nothing, things are so awful until Friday.
Yep, the old style board is next on my list...
Thanks!0 -
i made some soup for the first time ever last week - and i can't believe i haven't realised earlier how easy it is!
i made parsnip and caramelised onion - but you can do any combination of the veg you have, add in red lentils for cheap protein - no fat in sight!
and it made loads as it is so filling and freezes well. i used our really cheap hand blender for the first time too:rolleyes:, and didn't think it would do the job but it was brilliant.
on the os board they also use all the green stuff from caulis etc in soup that you wouldn't normally think of eating!0 -
Yes, soup is so easy to make and really delicious. I use a pressure cooker to make mine and it's ready in 20 mins (as long as it only veg)
Thats funny re them using the green bit of a cauliflower. I used to throw half of a leek away as i never knew the top half (dark green bit) was also edible :rotfl: In fact, now that's the bit I love in soup..
We live and learn

Ok, i've listed everything, took me an hour so hopefully worth it! :j I've listed them for 5 days, i love logging on every day so it's another thing to keep me occupied during this crappy week..
I'm away for a nice bubbly bath now :heartpuls
Thanks everyone!0 -
You are most welcome,
Also, don't forget that they often have tester bottles or tubes at larger chemists, so you can just pretend that you are testing the product, and get your face moisturized in the process.0 -
Ha! Ha! good point, just wish they opened at 6a.m., i start work at 7a.m.
I've got quite a good foundation (cliniqueagain) so hopefully in the morning i'll get some moisture from that, if not, then tomorrow i'm gonna have a cracked face :rotfl: It's really not funny is it,,,
Anyway, i'm just going to check on my ebay (i know it's too early) but we can all live in hope
 goodnight
