Regular investment for medium to long term, focusing on growth???

Hi there,

I am looking for some opportunities in regular monthly investment. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

I am looking to invest from £100 to £150 every month for the medium to long term, i.e. 5 to 10 years or more. The focus will be on capital growth, so I am willing to accept higher risks for higher returns, although the risks must be justifiable.

I would say I have moderate knowledge in the financial markets, especially in equity and its derivatives, but I know relatively little about the money markets.

Could anyone please suggest somewhere I can begin digging? Thanks a lot.
