I did see a child with some sort of glove clips attaching the gloves to his sleeves - but have never seen them in the shops!

I've used the mitten clips from Jojo Maman Bebe with DS1 (3 and a half), think these may be the ones you've seen. They work fairly well, (I've only known them come unclipped once) but this year I've got some elastic to thread through his sleeves as I think they may not be able to keep up with him throwing himself around the playground. Haven't actually used the elastic yet so can't compare, if he gets himself tangled up taking his coat off then we'll go back to the clips.
  • I got some glove clips for my kids off ebay. Fantastic.
  • thank guys - the mitten clips are just what i was looking for!

    Ah, 'idiot mittens'!

I did what Thriftlady suggested. Always worked a treat.
