Did you send a copy of your child's birth certificate, or were you lucky enough to just send a photograph of your child (as any photo off the internet would do so one wouldn't have to send a photo of their own child).
I wrote back to the company and explained that I would not be able to provide them with a copy of my child's birth certificate for legal/safety reasons, but they have not replied.

i think you could all be overreacting what could this site do with your babys photo that you wouldnt want them to? its strange your all worried to be honest... when my new arrival came he was straight on to facebook and then i added on here for my forum pals to see???!!!???I'm an MSE SLACKER!!!! its not dodgy! they changed it from photo to birth certificate after a member on here complained that sending a photo was dodgy. why? what are they going to do with it? and now you're all complaining that its dodgy to send a birth certificate and would rather send a photo! :rolleyes:What matters most is how well you walk through the fire0

did anyone email the birth certifate and got baby hat? r they accept eith birth certificate or photo? or must cerificate? what if i cross out all private detail and show only baby name and their date only?0
