Lloyds TSB and their useless advantages!

I work for Lloyds TSB in the contact centre and (Try to) upgrade customers to these 'added value' accounts.
Here's a few things we don't tell you straight away:-
Mobile Phone Insurance - There's a £30 excess charge for anything that goes wrong.
Sentinel Card Protection - If you report ANY of your cards registered to other Lost or Stolen departments before contacting Sentinel, the policy is void.
Airport Lounge Access - This is ONLY available if you book your holiday through Lloyds TSB.
Commision Free Travel Money - This is available to everyone who holds ANY type of Lloyds TSB account.
Interest Free Overdraft - Is subject to eligibliity. If you're declined an overdraft on your 'normal' account then upgrading won't make a difference - you can't get the overdraft.
Having said all that. . . I have a Select account ( which I get half price). I feel the AA breakdown cover and Mobile insurance is worth the money.Whilst my posts do not constitute financial advice, I am always, without fail, 100% right!
