They did one a few months ago, 250gb for £100. This seems also a good deal.

Just a word of warning dont continously unplug the hard drive without clicking on the icon on the desktop, you will destroy the hard drive in no time.

depends on whether you have write-caching enabled, if you don't, you should be able to unplug as much as you like

How do you mean size? I can measure it if you want. It formats at 300gb.

Yes, but will be painfully slow (usb2 is up to 40 times faster than usb1) - best bet is to budget for a usb2 card for your pc.
