UPS Mercedes Vario, Auction

Does anyone know HOW and WHERE UPS disposes off their used Mercedes Vario or any Auction where one could buy similar vans (Mercedes 814,714,711,709, 614,611,609 etc)?

I have tried enquiring from UPS but they said they didn't sale old van as it's a custom-made. If so, how do they scrap them???

Any suggestions or lead will be most appreciated. Thanks
