Mortgage Life Insurance

Looking for advice on who best serves members of the Armed Forces with regards to getting mortgage life insurance. It seems at first glance most insurers see us as a huge risk and I am on the verge of completing on buying a house so need to get this sorted fairly quickly. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Bumped since I'm also interested if anyone has managed to obtain mortgage life assurance that covers the life of a member of the armed forces at home and/or away.
So far no joy from:
Norwich Union - not if carrying out occupation
Abbey - at home but not away
PAX - lump sum but not mortgage cover
Abacus -lump sum but not mortgage cover
please feel free to add to the list!0 -
You dont need Life Assurance for a mortgage, just proof of buildings insurance.
Its handy to have incase of car crash etc, but if you were to be killed in service, then im sure the payment is 3x Annual wage or so, plus maybe a pension paid to a partner / spouse...0
